The fourth India vs England Test begins Wednesday, March 23 at the Old Trafford in Manchester with the series at 2-1 in the favour of the hosts. Shubman Gill needs to win the fourth Test to keep India in the hunt for their first series win in England since 2007 while Ben Stokes and his men are aiming to keep the home side's superior record intact.
England won the first Test by five wickets at Headingley but India bounced back with a thumping 336-run triumph in the second Test. England again took the lead by winning the third Test at Lord's to make it 2-1 with two matches to go.
The series has seen a good back and forth so far but the overall record has not been the same. England have historically dominated India, especially in England. However, in the recent past, India have become a formidable force both home and away and the poor record is thus changing rapidly.
