It has surpassed the day 1 collections of many big films of the year led by superstars.

Saiyaara created an immense buzz prior to its release. Its advance booking numbers also broke several records, with an expectation of a promising start. The film collected Rs 20 crore on day 1 of its release. It registered around 49.90% Hindi occupancy despite being a non-holiday release. Night shows witnessed highest occupancy of 66.62%, while morning shows saw the lowest occupancy of 35.51%. Afternoon and evening shows recorded 46.62% and 50.85% footfall, respectively.

With its day-one collection, Saiyaara has crossed Dhadak (2018) figure. Dhadak, led by debutants Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor, earned Rs 8.76 crore on day 1.

Ahaan-Aneet starrer has also surpassed the opening day collections of Mohit Suri’s previous films like Murder 2 (Rs 6.95 crore), Aashiqui 2 (Rs 6.10 crore), and Half Girlfriend (Rs 10.30 crore).

Saiyaara has beaten the opening day collections of Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par which earned Rs 10.7 crore on day 1, Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force (Rs 12.25 crore), and Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, which opened at around Rs 19.25 crore.

An excerpt from the 온라인 카지노 사이트 India review of the film read, "Saiyaara recycles every trope in a love story, dressing it up with Suri’s typical ballads to accentuate the bends of a seemingly doomed relationship. Both the leads are defined by grief and trauma. There's heartbreak, manipulation and cruel hijinks of destiny, aiming to give beats to this wretchedly overstretched saga. A lot of tears are shed but little in this film scorches the screen or summons a grand tide of passionate, bruised emotion."
