The ICC World Test Champions South Africa continued their strong run in the second Test against Zimbabwe, ending Day 1 in complete control at 465/4. After a shaky start that saw Tony de Zorzi and Lesego Senokwane dismissed cheaply for 10 and 3, Wiaan Mulder took charge with double century and remained unbeaten at 264. He was well supported by David Bedingham, who added a fluent 82, and Lhuan-dre Pretorius, who chipped in with a solid 78. Dewald Brevis is currently at the crease with Mulder as the Proteas push for a big first-innings score. The Proteas are leading two match Test series 1-0 winning the first by a huge margin of 328 runs.
