Australia kicked off their T20I series against West Indies with a dominant win, chasing down a modest target with ease, thanks to a blistering debut knock by Owen and a composed fifty from Cameron Green.
After a late fightback with the ball in the slog overs restricted West Indies to a below-par total of 189/8 on a batting-friendly surface, Australia took control of the chase early. Despite a minor wobble at the halfway mark with four wickets down, the visitors never looked flustered.
