Opting to bat first on a good looking surface, Shubha led from the front, scoring a solid 71, while Kashyap added 37. After losing Nandini in the 16th over, Ayushi Soni joined her skipper to add a bit more stability.
Contributions from Ashwini (29) and Ayushi (23) helped their side to post 206 in 44.2 overs.
Defending a decent total, Pavani and Madhu started off brilliantly with the new ball, picking two wickets in the first five overs.
It was all Team E in the second innings as Pavani and Kalita picked three wickets, Madhu bagged two, and Yamuna V Rana and Amanjot Kaur picked a wicket each.
For Team B, it was Mamata (48) who top-scored, while Jincy George made 45.
