Bangladesh To Tour UAE For T20Is; Pakistan Series Decision Deferred Amid Regional Tensions

In a statement released after a board meeting at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, the BCB reiterated its commitment to international cricket but underscored that the well-being of players and support staff remains paramount.

“The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is in active and ongoing discussions with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regarding the Bangladesh National Team's forthcoming tour of Pakistan,” the statement read.

“All decisions concerning the tour will be made with careful consideration of the current situation in Pakistan, ensuring they align with the best interests of the team and Bangladesh cricket.”

As of now, there is no final decision regarding the Pakistan leg of the tour, and BCB officials are monitoring the regional situation closely before making any commitments.
